Lee Tincher, MS, RD, President
Lee Tincher graduated from Loma Linda University with a BS in Administrative Dietetics and received her MS in Healthcare Administration from the University of LaVerne. Lee has over 30 years of dietetic experience, working as a Consultant Dietitian, Director of Food Service, Nutrition Services Director, teacher, and since 2003, as President of Healthcare Management Composite, Inc. Lee’s passion is connecting dietitians, facilities and resources to provide optimum food and nutritional care for residents.
Sam Ousey, RD, Vice President
Sam Ousey graduated with a BS in Food and Nutrition from Winthrop University.
In her 20 years in dietetics, Sam has worked as Administrative Dietitian,
Consultant Dietitian, Corporation Dietitian and currently serves as
Vice President Operations for Healthcare Management Composite. Sam’s
passion lies in practical application of nutrition in long-term care
(LTC) facilities and developing excellent consultation professionals. Sam is the recipient of the 2010 California Dietetic Association's Award for Excellence.
Sonja Lorraine, RD, Director of Human Resources Sonja Lorraine graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a BS in
Nutritional Science. Her dietetic career over the past decade includes Food Production Supervisor, Director of Nutritional Services,
Consultant Dietitian, and currently as our Human Resources Director.

Janet Montano, RD, Director of Menu Programs
Janet earned her BA in Home Economics with an emphasis on Food and Nutrition from California State University, Sacramento, CA. Janet has over 20 years of experience as a Divisional and Regional Director of Nutritional Services and a Director of Food and Nutrition Services. Janet’s passion is providing tasty and healthful food for our clients.
Debbie Bill-Serpa, CDM, CFPP, Office Manager
Debbie Bill-Serpa completed a Dietary Manager certificate program through
American River College and subsequently passed the exam to become a
Certified Dietary Manager and Certified Food Protection Professional.
Debbie’s 20 years of foodservice experience includes Cook and
Dietary Manager. She is committed to excellence in cooking, food management and the support of dietary
service supervisors.
Judy Morgan, MBA, RD,
Corporate Account Director
Judy graduated from Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo with a BS in Dietetics and Food Administration, and later obtained an MBA in Health Services Administration. Her career has spanned 25 years serving the long term care industry as a Food Service Director, Consultant Dietitian, Corporate Dietitian and Nursing Home Administrator. Judy has been with HM Composite for 19 years and is also HM Composite’s RD Newsletter editor. Her passion is mentoring new dietitians and helping health care communities achieve excellence through quality improvement programs.
Julie Tharalson, RD
Regional Consultant, Culinary Director
Julie graduated from University California Davis with a BS in Dietetics. She is both a consultant dietitian and a culinary consultant during which time she has developed both menus and recipes. Julie also conducts culinary seminars for facility chefs in an effort to aid them in becoming culinary professionals. Julie is dedicated to providing the utmost quality of care for all of HMC’s clients.
Maria Veronica Oteyza, RD
Regional Consultant, ServSafe Instructor
Veronica graduated from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines with a BS in Foods and Nutrition. Veronica has worked in long-term care in the Philippines, Australia and the United States. She is a certified instructor for ServSafe Food Safety Program and teaches classes on a regular basis in northern California. Veronica is firmly committed to providing the highest quality care to HMC residents.

Jennifer Dinsmore, RD
Southern California Regional Dietitian
Jennifer graduated from California State University, Fresno with bachelor degrees in both Food Science & Nutrition and Community Health Science. She has a wide variety of experiences including Medical Nutrition Therapy in acute care, long-term care; consulting, counseling and speaking engagements. Jennifer has a passion for excellence in providing nutritional care for HMC residents and clients.
Annie Frassinello, RD
Corporate Account Director
Annie graduated from University of California Davis with a BS in Clinical Nutrition. She worked as a clinical dietitian at UC Davis Medical Center prior to working in long-term care. Annie continues to work part-time at Ukiah Valley Medical Center and is an active volunteer with the American Cancer Society. Her life long exposure to growing, cooking and enjoying food is shared with her family who collectively produce "Wildnello" red wine. Annie excels at providing invaluable care for HMC clients.
Kim Bartolomeo, MS, RD, Regional Consultant
Kim received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutritional Sciences and Dietetics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and then went on to complete her Masters of Science in Dietetics at Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. After completing her Dietetic Internship in Indiana, she went on to work as a Registered Dietitian for Women, Infants, and Children Overseas (WICO) in Okinawa, Japan for two years until moving to California in 2005. Kim is currently an active member of the American Dietetic Association, California Dietetic Association, and the dietetic practice group Dietitians in Health Care Communities.
